Mrs. Paschke, formerly known as Ms. Kahl, joined Padfield & Stout, LLP in 2015 as a summer intern. Since that time, she has actively advanced to certified paralegal, law clerk, and attorney. Throughout her extended time with Padfield & Stout, Mrs. Paschke has been extensively trained to efficiently engage in the firm’s civil litigation practice with a focus on creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, and estate planning. During her law school career and intermittent time with Padfield & Stout, Mrs. Paschke completed various other internships, including one with the Chief Legal Officer of a local steel industry company, where she was heavily introduced to risk-management, corporate governance, and acquisitions; as well as one with the Honorable John P. Chupp in Tarrant County’s 141st District Court.
Mrs. Paschke attended East Central University, where she graduated magna cum lade with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2015. While at East Central University, she earned academic all-conference for four consecutive years playing for the school’s NCAA Division ll Soccer Team and was the Chief Justice for the school’s Greek Judicial Board. In 2019, Mrs. Paschke received her Doctor of Jurisprudence with honors from Texas A&M University. While attending Texas A&M Law, Mrs. Paschke focused her legal education towards a concentration in business litigation, negotiation strategy & estate planning.
Mrs. Paschke is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association.
Mrs. Paschke is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
