Mr. Babcock joined Padfield & Stout, LLP in 2018 and is committed to assisting the firm’s expansive civil litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Babcock obtained legal experience through clerkships in various disciplines, including public interest, commercial litigation, and corporate governance. His diverse legal background has prepared Mr. Babcock to efficiently and effectively assist his clients in achieving their goals.
Mr. Babcock attended Stephen F. Austin State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 2015. While at Stephen F. Austin State University, he was actively involved in multiple student and community service organizations. In 2018, Mr. Babcock received his Doctor of Jurisprudence with honors from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While attending SMU Law, Mr. Babcock focused on developing the practical skills necessary to succeed in business and commercial law by honing his analytical and advocacy skills through several in-house clerkships and his work in the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic.
Mr. Babcock is member of the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Babcock is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
