Biography

Mr. Babcock joined Padfield & Stout, LLP in 2018 and is committed to assisting the firm’s expansive civil litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Babcock obtained legal experience through clerkships in various disciplines, including public interest, commercial litigation, and corporate governance. His diverse legal background has prepared Mr. Babcock to efficiently and effectively assist his clients in achieving their goals.

  • While attending SMU Law, Mr. Babcock focused on developing the practical skills necessary to succeed in business and commercial law by honing his analytical and advocacy skills through several in-house clerkships and his work in the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic.
