Caleb Terrell is an attorney assisting the firm’s growing civil litigation practice, regulatory practice, and serving the firm’s clients. Mr. Terrell advises clients consistently on complex regulatory issues and has handled various regulatory and licensing issues across the country. The firm, as well as Mr. Terrell, has assisted clients, inclusive of a subsidiary of a fortune 500 company, with licensing multiple locations across twenty-two (22) states with nearly two-hundred (200) locations across the country and has successfully navigated various regulatory schemes to ensure that the client (1) obtained full compliance, and (2) avoided regulatory issues. Mr. Terrell has also assisted clients with navigating regulatory enforcement actions. Further, Mr. Terrell has also litigated within the Texas regulatory scheme and has helped clients reach desirable outcomes in administrative litigation in the State office of Administrative Hearings (“SOAH”) as well as with judicial litigation. Mr. Terrell also has a background in business, and regularly counsels clients regarding specific business risks as they relate to regulatory issues as well as the Texas and regulatory law as a whole.
