Mr. Arisco joined the firm in 2008 and since that time has engaged in an extensive pre-trial motion practice. In addition, he has an active motion and trial docket and typically makes 6 to 10 court appearances each week.
Mr. Arisco represents a national appliance manufacturer, Whirlpool Corporation, in pursuing collection matters all over the State of Texas through the perfection and enforcement of mechanic’s liens against real property. Mr. Arisco has also engages in federal litigation for multiple nationwide clients to enforce contracts, floorplan financing agreements, and recovery of real and personal property. By way of example, Mr. Arisco has engaged in federal litigation that resulted in settlement at mediation over a construction dispute of an army warehouse depot in Texarkana, obtained a federal judgment over an Oklahoma vehicle auction facility, and repossessed multiple aircraft through federal writs of replevin.
