Biography

Genene joined Padfield & Stout, LLP after receiving her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Adams gained legal experience in various disciplines—including probate, criminal defense, environmental law, and water law—through clerkships and Texas A&M’s clinic program. Additionally, Ms. Adams spent her 2L summer as a law clerk for Padfield & Stout, LLP, where she had the opportunity to engage in a variety of transactional matters as well as the firm’s robust civil litigation practice with a focus on creditor’s rights and commercial litigation. Genene’s legal background and education have prepared her to efficiently meet clients’ transactional and litigation needs.
