Heather Winkles is Of Counsel at Padfield & Stout in the Fort Worth office. Her representation of clients is primarily focused in the areas of creditors’ rights and issues related thereto.
Heather has extensive experience in a variety of civil litigation matters in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts across Texas and the United States.
She has been selected a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for several years practicing law. This honor is attained by the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 in Texas. She also has been recognized as a Top Attorney by Texas Monthly Magazine, among other professional recognitions.
Heather is a native Texan. She received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Business Foundations Program Certificate from the Red McCombs School of Business. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law and a Mediation Certificate from the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution. Heather studied abroad for a summer semester at the University of Galway in Ireland under U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
