Matt Giadrosich

Mr. Giadrosich joined the firm in 2013 after working as an attorney at another Fort Worth law firm representing clients in matters dealing with consumer and commercial litigation. Since joining Padfield & Stout, he has consistently maintained a substantial motion practice in both state, federal, and bankruptcy courts across the State of Texas. Mr. Giadrosich’s litigation practice consists of representing and counseling corporate clients in various areas of commercial litigation. This includes:

• Creditor’s Rights
• Contractual Disputes
• Secured Lending and Leasing
• Employment Disputes, including the enforcement of Non-Compete Agreements
• Mechanics and Materialmen’s Liens

Whether inside or outside the courtroom, Mr. Giadrosich seeks to bring his clients’ legal issues to expedient and efficient resolutions.

Experience & highlights:

• Recovered a favorable judgment in Federal Court against a motor-vehicle dealer involving $1.4 million dollars in fraudulent tractor-trailer sales.
• Successfully negotiated a settlement between two lenders claiming competing security interests in motor-vehicle inventory valued in excess of one million dollars.
• Negotiated the liquidation of the over $700,000.00 of new vehicle inventory in conjunction with the transfer of ownership of a franchised motor-vehicle dealership.
• Demonstrated a track record of successful collection of judgments rendered both in Texas and in sister-states through domestication. This collection involves the use of use of extraordinary remedies, such as charging orders, post-judgment receivers, and writs of garnishment, in addition to more traditional execution and discovery.
• Obtained permanent injunction against former employee in non-compete enforcement action.
