Spencer Crichton joined Padfield & Stout, LLP after receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Crichton gained experience related to his accounting background in auditing through interning at a Big 4 Accounting Firm. During law school, Mr. Crichton spent his 2L summer as a law clerk for Padfield & Stout, LLP, where he had the opportunity to engage in a variety of transactional and litigation matters, focusing on creditor’s rights and commercial litigation.
