Jesse Kizewski



Mr. Kizewski joined Padfield & Stout, LLP in 2020 and assist in all matters of civil litigation practice. Prior to joining Padfield & Stout Mr. Kizewski gained experience working in mergers and acquisitions, criminal law, personal injury law, oil and gas law, as well as clerking for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Kizewski is also a licensed mediator in the State of Texas and has experience facilitating debt collection, divorce, and pre-plea diversions. Mr. Kizewski became a lawyer because he enjoys helping others and diligently advocates for each and every client.


Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude), Texas Tech University School of Law

  • Mr. Kizewski graduated Cum Laude from Texas Tech School of Law with a Business Law concentration. There, he participated as an editor of the Business & Bankruptcy Law Journal, was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society and was a recipient of the Pro Bono Achievement Award for completing over 150 hours of legal service. He was also an avid Negotiator and won second place at the National Energy Law Negotiation Competition. In his free time, Mr. Kizewski would volunteer for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.

B.A., Finance, Texas Tech University, Rawls College of Business

  • Mr. Kizewski received his bachelor’s degree in Finance at the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business. In 2016, he was published in the Conference of State Bank Supervisors Journal of Community Bank Case Studies for his exemplary research into small business lending. He was also an active member of the Financial Management Association and Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
