Mr. McCutcheon joined Padfield & Stout, LLP in 2023 and is committed to serving the firm’s clients through the firm’s growing general corporate and civil litigation practices, as well as a variety of transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCutcheon obtained legal experience through clerkships in various disciplines, including personal injury and construction law. Mr. McCutcheon also spent the summer of 2022 as a summer law clerk for Padfield & Stout, LLP, where he had to chance to engage in the firm’s robust civil litigation practice with a focus on creditor’s rights and commercial litigation. Mr. McCutcheon’s legal background and education have prepared him to efficiently meet clients’ various transactional and litigation needs.
