Biography

S. Gary Werley started practicing law in 1976, after serving 4 years in the Marine Corps, returning as a decorated combat veteran of Vietnam. He has represented companies and individuals in a wide range of litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courtrooms. The litigation has ranged from oil and gas title litigation, commercial litigation in the oil and gas industry, personal injury Plaintiff and Defendant, medical malpractice defense for podiatrist, construction litigation representing contractors, subcontractors, home owners and commercial building owners, litigation in employment law representing companies and employees, water diversion cases, and suing home owners associations.
